Online consultation
A physical consultation is not an option for you now? Our specialists offer online consultations

We've answered some of the questions you had during the lockdown-period in March:
Why are there no physical consultations available during lockdown? I can still visit my general physician.
Consultations with pulse diagnosis are not allowed (by Dutch Government) during lockdown-periods. Our specialists travel to approximately 30 locations in your area: those locations are also often closed during those periods. However, there is a good alternative: we offer online consultations.

Is it even possible: a consultation without pulse diagnosis?
Yes it is. Only very experienced specialists (like ours) can do pulse diagnosis without additional diagnostic methods. However, a specialist can use the other diagnostic methods if pulse diagnosis is not possible.

What are the diagnostic methods?
There are three diagnostic methods:
1. Inspection (Darsana Pariksha): the observation of body parts, for example skin, hair, eyes and tongue
2. Interrogation (Prasna Pariksha): discussing your medical history, symptoms, psychological and physiological characteristics
3. Touch (Palpation: Sparsana Pariksha): examination by touch, including, for example, pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha)

Why do your specialists normally give consultations with pulse diagnosis?
All our specialists obtained a B.A.M.S.-degree (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) in India. This is a 6-year full-time University education, followed by a specialization of at least 1 year in pulse diagnosis at Sri Sri Ayurveda College in India. In addition, they have worked for years in various Ayurvedic Clinics in India and are working in the Netherlands for a long time now. They are high-qualified and can do pulse diagnosis without additional diagnostic methods, unlike practitioners without this education and specialization. Of course they can also use the other diagnostic methods.

Is a consultation without pulse diagnosis sufficient enough for me?
To be able to continue your treatment without interruption, it is definitely recommended to have an online consultation if a physical consultation is no option for you. If you already had one (or more) physical consultation(s) with pulse diagnosis, the specialist is familiar with your specific constitution, imbalance and the development over time. The specialist can give advise on whether to continue the current treatment or whether to adjust supplements. He or she can also advise you on strengthening your immune system.

And if it is my first consultation? Is that actually possible without pulse diagnosis?
Our specialists are highly qualified and specialized in pulse diagnosis. Not many Ayurvedic specialists can make a diagnosis and treat clients only with pulse diagnosis. Of course they have also learned the other diagnostic methods prior to their specialization. So they are well able to get an overall picture of you based on those methods.
